Celebrate Children's Day at the Castle

World Children's Day

World Children's Day, on June 1st, will be celebrated at Sines Castle with fun activities and lots of enjoyment: music, inflatables, games, and painting.

Around 1100 children are participating in the activities. All from schools in the municipality: Pre-school and 1st Cycle of the Sines Schools Group, “A Conchinha” Children's Centre, “Pintainho” Nursery and Estrela do Mar College.

Several Sines institutions linked to children are collaborating with the Sines Municipal Council on this initiative. These include: Academia de Ginástica de Sines, ATL “A Gaivota”, Ginásio Clube de Sines, Teatro do Mar, parent associations of EB1 and EB3, and the Technical-Pedagogical Services of the Sines School Group.

The Striped Band is livening up the party.
