Council and Partners Mark World Day for Physical Activity

Sines Town Council and a group of local partners will mark World Physical Activity Day on 6 April with activities along Vasco da Gama Avenue, at Vasco da Gama Beach, at the Carlos Manafaia Municipal Swimming Pool and at the Porto Covo Public Garden. Of the range of activities, all of which are free, only Hydropower and Hydropower require registration.

The full programme is as follows:

09:00: 8km walk (Org. CMSines)

09:30: Functional training (Organised by DF Academy)

10:30 AM: Fitdance (Org. Kalorias)

11:30 AM: Crossfit (Organised by Station Crossfit)

14:30-17:00: Volleyball (Org. CS Gym)

09:00-13:00: Free use 25m pool

11:00 AM: Hydropower (Org. CMSines) – Registration: piscinas@mun-sines.pt 020 860 269

12:30 PM: Hydrofit (Org. CMSines) – Registration: piscinas@mun-sines.pt 020 860 269

14:30-17:00: Free use of 17m and 25m tanks

10:00: Pilates (Organised by CDR Porto Covo)
